Art Collection

This set of nature illustrations is from my Zoological and Botanical Art class. I used to draw simpler and graphical illustrations. Yet, the challenge of this class was to draw realistic art. I learned to observe carefully the shape, size, and light in nature, and to depict three dimensions on two-dimensional surfaces with attention to detail. The key, and also the hardest part, was manipulating the shading to make it look more three-dimensional.
